More from Ben

We are in Barra De Navidad. We are in a marina that is in front of a huge, fancy resort. They have 2 cool slides at the pools. One is super slow and one is fast. We had fun there with our friends from Vales Valeo (Sonia and Anna), Antipodes (Adam) and Sand Dollar (Nate, Kaley and Easton). While we are here there is fishing tournament going on. We saw many sailfish and a big marlin being lifted out of fishing boats. We also got to go to a cool Buffet at the hotel and we got SUSHI!  J            We are more than halfway through the trip. I have been thinking a lot about Seattle lately and am already planning a lot of stuff to do there when I get there. My mom says we will be there around June 1.

The Best Month of My Life

Everyone I haven’t been writing lately. So here is a update from me. We’ve been in this bay for 1 month . The bay is called Banderas Bay. First we were in La Cruz and then we were in Paradise Village (Nuevo Vallarta) for Christmas and New Year’s. My Oma and Opa (German for Grandma and Grampa)came to visit. For Christmas, I got a 3DS and a really good boogie board. I also got Pokemon X and Y. We’ve been doing lots of fun things, like getting to let go some endangered sea turtles. Then doing a tour of Puerto Vallarta. Then we did 10 ziplines in the jungle and swam in a cold river afterwards. It was where they filmed “Predator”. After that we did a water park. At the water park you could swim with dolphins. We got to do the Royal Swim. We got to ride on their fins and also we got to do the foot push. Their skin felt like leather. It was really cool. I am going to write in my blog every week now. I am also writing a journal every day here on the boat.

Having Fun In La Paz (I wrote this with my friend Ben Dillard)

Last night I had a sleepover with Easton and a new friend named Ben Dillard. It was very exciting because we came from Sand Dollar to my friend’s boat Sea Otter and ate sugar coated elephant ears (a type of sweet), called “Bunuelos”. After the sugar rush we did plants vs. zombies except the other Ben’s( big Ben’s) sugar rush didn’t end till later. Once Ben’s parents got back , they crashed the party and sent us to bed. WE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TIME FOR PICTIONARY! Next time I hope we get to play Pictionary.

The day before the overnighter we went swimming. We played Marco Polo and sat in the hot tub. The only down side is that there was an occasional fly or moth floating at the top. GROSS!

Overall La Paz was one of the most fun places I have been.  

This is from a couple days ago.  More later.  We are trying to get a schedule for Ben to blog.  he is reluctant.  

In La Paz today my friend Ben, Easton and I slept on Easton’s boat. It was fun we all did homework together. We studied Mexico and la Paz. My study was the history. Did you know that they didn’t settle until 1830?  Today we went to a place to eat it was fun. We made an awesome sand castle there. When we left we walked down the street when we heard someone calling us then we looked back and there was the owner of the place holding our dog .Tomorrow we’re going to my friend’s boat. I can’t wait!

Bay of the Dead

Sorry I haven't been writing lately. I did the Baja HaHa.  The first party was fun at Bahia Santa Maria. We went wave surfing. We had a really good time there. I thought  it was the best party. Today we went snorkeling. We went to the reef it had brain coral and trumpet fish and other cool fish.We stayed there for a half an hour. I swam to my friend Easton's boat we swam there for 15 min. Then we swam back to my boat and stayed there for 20 min. Then we checked out the reef. Then we took my friend back to his boat for lunch. I love it here.

Oceanside

In Oceanside, California. Tomorrow I am going to see my friend Easton. He is doing the same thing as me only that his family is doing it for two years. They are in San Diego. I went to Disneyland four days ago.  When we got in we did Splash Mountain they took a picture of us it is funny look at me and then look at the guy in the back.dad says that it is his happy place.. then we did Pirates of the Caribbean then I started not feeling good but we still went on an Indiana Jones ride that made me want to throw up. The Indiana Jones ride was so cool but you went side to side so much. We went to Tomorrowland. It was awesome. We did the Finding Nemo ride. It was cool. Next we went to Autopia and me and Max and Sam got to drive.  Then we got some food. And then we went to the Star Trader store and we  all got some thing there. I made  two droids and I named them Benny and Phil.

My brother got a new case for his phone and my sister got a Minnie Mouse that she dresses him up.

Hi. Sorry I haven't been blogging but I have been busy. We went to Long Beach and went to visit the Queen Mary.

When we were there we also saw a Russian Scorpion submarine and I got a necklace with a scorpion in it.

Me my dad and my brother went on a scary tour of the bottom of the Queen Mary ship. I was kinda scared.
Right now we are anchored at Catalina Island. It has crystal clear water and we went swimming this morning and it was fun. Just a little bit ago we went swimming again and saw an octopus and a lot of awesome fish. After we went swimming this morning, we saw a seal play near our boat. Then we saw a dolphin species called Reese Dolphin.
